Business Development Representative Temporary to Hire | Gallatin, TN 372066 | Mon-Fri 7:00 - 4:00 Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 | Bonus Eligible Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative for a 4-6 month temporary role with potential for permanent hire. This position focuses on building relationships with retailers and wholesalers, increasing product visibility, and supporting sales growth. Key Responsibilities - Business Development Representative: Drive product sales, secure shelf space, and increase product visibility Reconnect with existing customers and develop new accounts Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitor activity and industry trends Maintain merchandising displays and ensure retail compliance Assist with e-commerce development and provide sales reporting to management Review customer files to ensure proper and current licensing Track and report product returns Qualifications - Business Development Representative: 3-5 years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to travel locally (60-80%) Comfortable working in the tobacco industry INOCT2025 ZRCFS LI-ONSITE
