Responsibilities: Oversee the full financial management function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Manage inter-company transfers, reconciliations, and group reporting processes. Lead and mentor the finance team. Partner with Sales, Distribution, and Operations teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Drive process improvements, cost control, and operational efficiency. Ensure timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in line with global standards. Experience and Education: CA(SA) qualification Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial finance role Experience in Stock, Sales, Distribution, or Retail environments is essential Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of intercompany transactions
