Job Description

Transformation & B-BBEE Consolidate and analyse B-BBEE scorecard data across all business units. Prepare interim scorecards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with targets. Coordinate annual B-BBEE verification audits and liaise with verification agencies. Prepare verification files, reports, and recommendations for management. Assist with implementation and monitoring of transformation projects and scorecards. Maintain records, documentation, and reports for audit and compliance purposes. Capture and validate data related to B-BBEE certificates, supplier information, and learner progress. Compile Corporate Social Investment (CSI) and Social & Ethics reports. Skills Development Compile and maintain accurate skills development data for the group. Validate and verify information through sampling during interim and final audits. Enterprise & Supplier Development Collect and coordinate all Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) data. Maintain accurate beneficiary records to ensure compliance and target achievement. Employment Equity Serve as Secretary for the National Transformation Committee. Coordinate all Employment Equity activities and documentation. Compile EEA2 and EEA4 reports and support Department of Labour audits. Monitor and report on EE progress against plan and targets. Assist in the preparation, implementation, and tracking of the EE Plan. Ensure compliance across all operations and subsidiaries. HR Dashboard & Reporting Consolidate HR dashboard data monthly and analyse trends. Provide insights and reports to HR Managers and Central Services. Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Service Excellence Continuously improve transformation processes, turnaround times, and data accuracy. Provide excellent internal customer service and proactive communication. What Youll Bring Qualifications: National Senior Certificate (Matric with Mathematics) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years experience in Transformation, B-BBEE verification, and Employment Equity Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Knowledge of B-BBEE Act, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, and Employment Equity Act Experience in personnel administration or HR systems (advantageous) Behavioural Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and numerically strong Deadline-driven with the ability to manage complexity Excellent written and verbal communication Highly organised and proactive Passionate about transformation and continuous improvement
