Location: Nova Lima/MG Open Hours: Monday to Friday – Hybrid Job responsibilities To identify training needs among leadership and operational areas, pinpointing knowledge gaps and opportunities for process improvement. To plan, develop, and implement technical and behavioral training programs focused on operational routines, safety standards, quality, and customer service. To develop teaching materials (presentations, manuals, handouts, videos, and checklists) in a clear, standardized way. Conduct practical training sessions, monitoring the execution of activities and providing guidance on procedural standards. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance indicators, tests, feedback, and post-training follow-up. Record and maintain up-to-date control of training activities in spreadsheets or training management systems. To propose continuous improvements in training methods, seeking innovation and adaptation to business demands. Requirements Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related areas; Experience in the field; Training and Development Methodologies (learning paths, 70-20-10, experiential practices); Needs assessment, development of training plans and materials; Conducting practical and theoretical training sessions, both in person and online; Management of training indicators and evaluation of results; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS platforms; Communication and public speaking skills adapted to different audiences; Knowledge of workplace safety, quality, and good operational practices; Concepts of continuous improvement and process standardization; You stand out if Specialization in Training Management or Corporate Education; Technical courses or practical experience in the operational area within the vehicle tracking technology segment, fleet monitoring hardware and software, and IoT (Internet of Things); Apply Now Fill out the form below with your details.
