About the job Operations Director (Brazil) Employment Type: PJ Service Contract Language Requirements: Portuguese & English (Chinese is a strong plus) Benefits: 13th salary, annual leave, and all other statutory benefits according to Brazilian labor laws Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee our operations in Brazil. The ideal candidate is a native Brazilian professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in the Brazilian iGaming/betting industry, with a proven track record in managing operations, building partnerships, and leading teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations in Brazil, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company strategy Develop and maintain strong relationships within the local iGaming industry, including regulators, partners, and key stakeholders Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and executing operational initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer service, compliance) to optimize performance and user experience Oversee and grow local teams, with a focus on leadership, performance, and team culture Ensure full compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations related to gaming and operations Represent the company in key local events, meetings, and industry forums Requirements Extensive experience in the Brazilian betting/gambling industry Previously worked in recognized betting companies or gaming operators Strong industry network and public relations skills Excellent operational and business acumen Proven experience in team management and leadership is a plus Fluent in Portuguese and English; Chinese language skills are highly desirable Deep understanding of local regulations and market dynamics in the gaming sector J-18808-Ljbffr
