Location: MG or SP Open Hours: 14 PM to 21:40 PM – 6x1 – Sunday to Friday – Home Office Job responsibilities Scheduling is the process and organization of the technical team\'s schedules for working on the installation, uninstallation, and maintenance of the tracker. These functions are divided into the following aspects: Track field teams Identify the team to provide support Weigh demand against resources Services at a lower cost Address planned repair and maintenance services Map the locations where a technical team is needed Properly coordinate the work with the service professional Align the technician\'s schedule with the client\'s availability General control of services Controlling service demand via the system Requirements Complete high school; Intermediate Excel skills and experience in customer service.
