Laundry Machine Operator for Wet Cleaning and Production

Job Description Job Description Benefits: vacation pay We are looking for a reliable Laundry Machine Operator (Wet Cleaning) to join our team at Barton and Miller Cleaners. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' shirts receive the highest quality care. Responsibilities: Operate wet cleaning machines according to established procedures, ensuring proper care for delicate fabrics. Load and unload laundry machines efficiently, adhering to weight and capacity limits. Pre-treat and remove stains from shirts with a meticulous eye for detail. Assist with assembling finished shirts for pressing and packaging. Provide occasional customer service support at the front desk, greeting customers and tagging incoming garments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience operating commercial laundry equipment ( a plus ). Knowledge of proper garment care and stain removal techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs. Hours of Operations: PART TIME Monday - Friday 7am to 11am Finishing hours may slightly vary based of shirt volume. Compensation: $13 - $16 per hour based on experience.
