Business Process Analyst Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes and technical systems to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and create detailed business cases Design and develop system modifications or new processes to improve performance and productivity Coordinate with technical teams to ensure system requirements are accurately implemented Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance Analyze error test results and recommend solutions to optimize code efficiency and system stability Create insightful dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support decision-making Maintain clear documentation of data flows, system configurations, and code to facilitate ongoing support and enhancements Business Process Analyst Position Requirements Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of business and technical process analysis, with experience in systems such as production, inventory, or financial systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and application development using C# Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to create dashboards and automate workflows Ability to understand and document data flows, translate data between programming languages, and comprehend established code Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Business Process Analyst Position Requirements Experience with e-commerce tools or broader computer system capabilities Demonstrated success in developing impactful data visualizations and dashboards Knowledge of workflow automation and process improvement methodologies LI-OnsitePandologic.
