This is a full-time position where you will be working on the shop floor every day, motivating your team. You have MBO-4 level of education or equivalent You have experience in retail or team leadership You are energetic, clear, and positive in communication You prefer working on the floor, not behind a desk You are open to working weekends occasionally what will you do You’ll be on the shop floor — leading, coaching, and keeping everything running smoothly.
