Operational Planning Analyst

Summary: We are looking for a data-driven professional to support the operational planning area, ensuring the accuracy of performance indicators and the creation of dashboards that help management make better decisions. The role involves consolidating data from different teams, analyzing results, and presenting insights that contribute to warehouse efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Maintain and update KPI dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI. Consolidate and validate operational data from multiple departments. Support workforce and volume forecast activities. Present performance reports, highlighting deviations and improvement points. Support process automation initiatives and efficiency projects. Must-Have: Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience with warehouse or logistics data analysis. Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Basic to intermediate Power BI or Looker knowledge. Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Intermediate English for reading and writing. Nice-to-have: Experience with workflow automation (AppSheet, Power Automate, or basic Python). Background in workforce or operational planning. Familiarity with Tableau or advanced BI tools.
