Your Role in Our Family Collaborate with an incredible team to provide our guests with unforgettable cuisine. Ensure all food items are prepared and presented to deliver an excellent guest experience while assisting with food cost controls. Prepare and present high-quality dishes aligned with our standards. Respond promptly and efficiently to guest queries, ensuring positive outcomes. Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships throughout the hotel. So much more awaits you! What Would Make You the Perfect Fit? Diploma or degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts or a related major; NVQ Level 2 or 3 in professional cookery is highly preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment. Solid understanding of excellence in customer service, preferably gained in a 5-star or luxury hospitality setting. Strong grasp of modern and classical cooking techniques, with the ability to execute a diverse range of dishes to a consistent level. Skilled in preparing and plating dishes across various sections (e.g., grill, larder, garnish, or sauce), with attention to detail and efficient prep management. A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering elevated brasserie-style cuisine in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The Best Bit!
