You may wish to follow us for other exciting opportunities https://www.linkedin.com/company/the-practice-centre/ Job Description: Objective: It is a crucial role in driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring market penetration across APAC countries Title: Sales Manager Work Location: Mexico City, Central & Latin America region Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals. Identify growth opportunities in key Central & Latin America region . Set and monitor sales targets for distributors, agents, and direct sales teams. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Launch new products tailored to regional preferences and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns and promotional activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including food manufacturers, processors, and retailers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations. Geographical Scope: Central & Latin America region. Qualifications: MBA Marketing or equivalent E xperience: 8 years of experience in sales in a packaging company. Should have handled Juice/ Beverage and Dairy companies as client.
