Customer Service Representative

Hello! We are a Virtual Assistant company, and we are looking for candidates with customer service experience to place with an Answering Service in the US. We currently have 10 VAs working for them, so we know it's a very stable position. Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Qualifications: Fluent in English, both verbal and written. 1 or more years of BPO experience in a voice role Customer support experience preferred but not required Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Requirements: 1. Complete office setup with a quiet workspace. Owns a laptop or PC with sufficient specs. (Windows only, Intel i5 minimum) 2.
