Job Summary: We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Exp Rep who is fluent in Spanish and English . The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently. You'll be working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where delivering excellent customer service is the top priority. Work Setup: This is an independent contractor role. Full remote setup – work from anywhere. No statutory benefits provided as per contractor agreement (e.g., health insurance, social security) Weekly pay cycle. Compensation and Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) US & Mexican Observed holidays High-energy, fun, and friendly culture Opportunity for career development and advancement with a rapidly growing company Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English Resolve customer concerns in a professional, timely, and effective manner Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment Navigate customer service platforms and CRM tools to log interactions and manage customer accounts Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining accuracy and service quality Stay informed on product updates and internal processes to assist customers effectively Required Skills & Qualifications: Full fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and professionalism when handling customer concerns Comfortable using customer service software and CRM tools (a plus) Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes
