Construction Project Administrator

Job Description Job Description Location: Los Angeles or New York (travel as needed) Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Construction Project Administrator to oversee the full-cycle management of franchise store construction projects across the U.S. This role ensures all stores are built in strict compliance with brand design standards, are delivered on time and within budget, and support the company’s rapid expansion goals while maintaining a consistent brand image. Key Responsibilities: Brand Standard Compliance: Supervise local contractors to ensure store construction follows brand design guidelines and material standards, maintaining the unified brand image. End-to-End Project Management: Manage the entire construction process, including pre-construction planning, design localization, quality control, on-site supervision, phased inspections, and final delivery according to U.S. regulations. Risk Prevention: Understand local construction codes and regulations (e.g., California Title 24, NYC Fire Department permitting), and proactively communicate with internal teams and third-party contractors to avoid compliance risks. Budget & Timeline Control: Monitor construction costs, manage schedules with Gantt charts, and optimize timelines based on local conditions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Cross-Department Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and franchise partners to explain technical issues, support design localization, and provide timely feedback and solutions. Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; experience in drafting or modifying construction plans is a plus. Familiar with local regulations related to interior construction, including plumbing and electrical adaptation. Experience in restaurant, retail, or franchise development construction management. Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel as project needs. Bilingual in Chinese and English (required).
