Key Responsibilities Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients, ensuring a flawless patient journey. Handle phone and email enquiries, offering expert guidance on treatments and services. Manage bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate client records. Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the reception area and clinic are presented to a high standard. Monitor stock levels and assist with administrative tasks. Represent the clinic at open days and industry events. Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-end, customer-facing environment. Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a luxury client experience. A people person – approachable, a great listener, and able to build strong relationships. Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Interest in aesthetics, wellness, or luxury services. Strong IT and administrative skills, with experience using booking and diary management systems.
