Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all HR functions at the Rotterdam site Partner with leadership to support strategic goals and workforce planning Drive employee engagement, talent development, and performance management Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Requirements: 10 years of progressive HR experience, experience in Plant HR Management is preferable Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven expertise in Employee Relations management, HR Compliance, Labour & Union management, Compensation, and Employee Development Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making Strong understanding of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices People-oriented and results-driven mindset Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
