IT Product Management - Data & Analytics H/F

Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced *Product Manager H/F to lead critical Data & Analytics projects within our Information Management (IM) / IT Department*, operating in a dynamic Agile environment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, adherence to timelines and budgets, and the delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will leverage your deep project management expertise and Agile mindset to facilitate collaboration, manage risks, and drive successful project completion. Your challenges: * Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, adhering to Agile principles. * Agile Team Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) for one or more development teams, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement. * Product Backlog Management Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and project goals. * Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and ensuring their active engagement. * Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and ensuring timely resolution. * Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial targets. * Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through collaboration with testing teams and adherence to quality standards. * Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to Agile processes and project management methodologies within the team and the wider organization. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication across development teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant departments. * Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular and accurate project status reports, including progress against milestones, budget adherence, and risk mitigation efforts. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. * Mentoring & Coaching: Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and project management best practices. Your profile: * Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Extensive Project Management Experience: Significant and demonstrable experience (typically 5 years) in managing complex IT projects, with a strong focus on data & analytics initiatives. * Deep Agile Expertise: Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are a plus. * Data & Analytics Knowledge: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration processes, business intelligence tools, and analytics methodologies. * Strong Leadership & Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to lead and facilitate Agile teams and drive effective collaboration. * Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. * Stakeholder Management Expertise: Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage expectations with diverse stakeholders. * Risk Management Proficiency: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues. * Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project). * Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential.
