As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Pre-Production Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries regarding new and existing orders Generate accurate quotes and enter approved orders into Smart Glazier software for production Create detailed glass and shower door drawings using Smart Glazier Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships Proactively follow up on sales leads and customer referrals Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with Smart Glazier and/or Optima software is a plus, but not required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Growth Opportunities This is a great starting point for a long-term career in customer service.
