Travel CT Tech - $2,446 per week in Christiansburg, VA

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: 1 year of experience required, travel experience required License: VA or other state license required (pending license OK as long as they have another state license) Certifications: BLS and ARRT required Must-Have: Siemens experience is required. Two-skilled tech preferred - X-ray and CT. Description: ASAP start for a 13-week assignment. Schedule is 3 days per week, Friday to Sunday. No call responsibilities are required. Virginia will issue a 90-day emergency authorization to travelers who are licensed outside of the state, allowing them to work while the permanent license is processed. Candidates who reside within 100 miles of the facility are considered local. Local candidates are not accepted. Travelers are required to work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment, with exceptions during winter holidays. Compliance documents are due the Wednesday prior to the Monday start date. Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before returning to work. The facility has a separation policy that prevents travelers from returning after working an assignment for 365 days. Exceptions to this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Modules completed during the first 24 hours are non-billable. Modules may be completed pre-start or during orientation, and hours vary based on specialty. Approved hours from the facility are paid bi-weekly.
