This is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your career and collaborate with industry leaders in a dynamic, supportive environment. ️ The Role Based in the Bristol office , you'll provide expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals , and broader lease consultancy matters across office, retail, and industrial assets in the West Country and South Wales -with opportunities to support national projects. You'll also offer strategic input on break clauses, lease restructuring, dilapidations , and other leasehold matters. With a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or possibly Associate who's ready to make an impact and bring fresh thinking to the team. Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations on commercial rent reviews and lease renewals . Advise on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and third-party procedures. Draft approval reports and provide strategic consultancy on leasehold issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to fee growth. ✅ What We're Looking For RICS-qualified Surveyor with lease advisory experience. Strong communicator with a client-first mindset . Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware. Confident in Excel and report writing.
