Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? Due to ongoing growth at Magdalene, were excited to offer a 6-month fixed-term opportunity as a Service Management Specialist, with potential for a permanent role. Youll work in our 24x7 Service Management Centre. Shift pattern: 2 weeks MonFri (1 week earlies 08:0016:00, 1 week lates 10:0018:00), followed by 1 week of 6-hour days and on-call duties. In this role, youll manage customer tickets, monitor systems, prioritise faults, coordinate engineers, track tasks, and ensure SLA compliance. Youll also handle reporting, maintenance, and supplier access, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What youll bring? You're an excellent written and verbal communicator, a helpful problem-solver who uses initiative, and you thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
