Senior Employment Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join an international firm within its highly ranked Employment team in London. The team advises on a mix of contentious, transactional, and advisory matters. Experience required: Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, or a common law qualified lawyer. At least 5 years' PQE. Experience advising on transactions for both buyers and sellers, including all aspects of TUPE. Proven ability to advise clients on employment documentation, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, family-friendly issues, redundancy processes, and GDPR. Familiarity with employment-related data protection and privacy issues, including Data Subject Access Requests. Ability to provide clear, practical advice. Excellent communication skills. Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree. Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
