Lawn Care Operative

The company I am currently working with have been making lawns look beautiful, lush, and weed free for over 30 years. The company has grown to become Europe's largest lawn care specialist, with over 220 branches nationwide. This role is based from our Redcar branch supporting lawns around the North East and North Yorkshire. We are looking for individuals to join a busy team who have experience in lawn care, gardening, horticulture, or sports turf. Applicants should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to quality. Requirements of the role: - Full UK driving licence - PA1 / PA6 certificate in application of pesticides - Confident and personable manner with good customer service skills - Basic sales knowledge - You must be physically able to carry a backpack sprayer weighting up to 25kg and help lift machinery when scarifying and aerating lawns - You must be reliable, punctual, and motivated to work to high standards - Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial - Must live within 20 miles radius of Redcar area.
