Powder Coater

Our Middlesbrough-based client is currently seeking several Powder Coaters to join their esteemed and dedicated production team. This opportunity is open to candidates with experience in Industrial Powder Coating, who are looking to work for a well-established, industry leader.This role will be permanent after a probation period. The role includes: Prepare surfaces, such as metal, for powder coating Demonstrate excellent experience preparing materials, including sanding, masking and cleaning Powder coat using manual and automated systems, and ensure finished products are inspected and high-qualitystandards are met General housekeeping and safety when at work and using equipment Successful candidate will have: Previous experience in Powder Coating a must for this role Excellent attention to detail, working to project specifications and ensuring quality standards are met A desire to learn, with great punctuation and an excellent work ethic Hours of work: Monday to Friday 07:00am to 15:30pm Pay rate and benefits: £12.98 per hour basicrate (equivalent to £27,000 per annum) £19.47 per hour overtime on a Saturday (time and a half) £25.96 per hour overtime rate on a Sunday (double time) 24 holidays (plus bank holidays), increasing by 1 day for every year of service up to 4 years Health Plan, including money back on dental and eye tests, as well as discounted gym memberships once probation is passed Eligible for a profit share scheme once probation is passed, paid Quarterly Benefits of working for The Best Connection: Ongoing assignments Holiday accrual Weekly Pay Online payslips Pension Provision Personal Accident Insurance Access to 'Perks at Work' temporary worker benefit scheme Suitable candidates will be invited to register online.
