WE’RE HIRING: Warehouse Manager – Aerospace Parts & Components West Sussex (Near Gatwick) | Aviation Industry | Full-time, Permanent Capilaux is proud to be representing a well-established and growing aviation parts trading company with a global footprint, supplying components to MROs, airlines, and aircraft operators. We’re now searching for a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Manager to lead a high-performing stores and logistics team based near Gatwick Airport . This is more than just a management role – it’s a key position that reports directly to the board and plays a pivotal part in the success of a busy, fast-paced operation. ✈️ What You'll Be Doing: Leading and mentoring the warehouse team across multiple units Managing all stock control, inventory, tooling, and traceability Overseeing global imports/exports , shipping, and freight Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and ISO 9000 compliance Driving continuous improvement in warehouse layout and process efficiency Working closely with the purchasing, sales, and ops teams Being visible, hands-on, and proud of running a well-oiled operation ✅ What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in warehouse or stores management within aerospace, aviation or engineering Strong grip on stock systems , logistics and freight processes Working knowledge of import/export compliance and customs Experience in ISO 9000 environments A team leader who is as comfortable on the floor as they are in the office Organised, delivery-focused and quality-driven Bonus Points if You Have: Knowledge of aircraft parts/components or MRO supply chains Experience upgrading or implementing warehouse systems Ready to take control of a thriving aviation warehouse?
