JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Digital Project Manager SALARY RANGE: £250 - £300 p/day CONTRACT TYPE: 6 Months Contract HYBRID: 1-2 Days per week in the office PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Receive requests to implement campaigns and other changes onto the company website; project manage internal teams, 3rd party teams, and European markets to deliver these changes on time. Excellent organization skills to track multiple changes and accurately record progress in trackers that can be understood by business stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Digital Project Manager will work closely with the team to deliver the roadmap of changes planned for the company website. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and the 17 markets within the European region. • Own each project from receipt to delivery, track each task, chase up late tasks, and own the delivery as an objective. • Success is seeing your work published on the company website on time. • Document the project progress and monitor actual progress compared to the plan, and report to PMO/Senior stakeholders. Role Overview: Go-To-Market Campaign Manager role focused on the readiness and delivery of European and global campaigns for our mobile app subsidiaries. Key Skills & Experience Required: • Campaign Management: Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, particularly product launches and go-to-market initiatives. • Front-end Project Management: Experience working as a client-facing PM, coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders. • European Market Experience: Understanding of multi-market campaign execution across European subsidiaries and the complexity that comes with the EU market (we have 17 markets in the app and it is growing, web is 34). • Localization Management: Experience gathering localization requirements and coordinating regional adaptations. • Asset Management: Strong organizational skills for managing campaign assets across multiple markets. • Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to work with numerous stakeholders across different European and Asian markets and time zones. • Project Tracking Tools: Proficiency with Jira and other PM tools. • Status Reporting: Experience in tracking and reporting on project readiness status. • General knowledge: Proficient understanding of web/app, specifically D2C ecommerce design and functionality. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Clearly explaining project/campaign requirements to PICs – via email, group chats, Teams calls, etc. • Chasing PIC status updates from various European markets. • Reporting on campaign readiness across app subsidiaries. • Coordinating localization efforts. • Managing campaign assets and timelines. • Ensuring consistent execution across multiple markets (creating execution packs with screenshots). The ideal candidate should come from a campaign management, marketing operations, or product marketing background rather than pure technical delivery. Experience with app launches or retail campaign management would be particularly valuable. Ability to cope well with ambiguity and keep a very level head whilst moving projects forward is critical. Experience working with virtual teams is preferred. • Effective analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems, issues, and solutions. • Excellent communication skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, influencing), including strong skills in active listening to improve team effectiveness and performance. • Exposure to collaboration tools such as Jira/Confluence is preferred. • Ability to manage and prioritize workload comprised of multiple projects. • Able to work strongly as part of a team or individually. • Drive, enthusiasm, and passion for Digital and eCommerce. • Interest in achieving excellent user experiences on eCommerce websites. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? • Deliver changes on time. • Identify compliance and 100% adherence to contract through quarterly audits. • Build effective internal relationships with stakeholders. KEY LIAISONS: • European Headquarters D2C Team. • Subsidiary D2C/Marketing managers. DIMENSIONS: • Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons. • No. of communication partners: circa 30. • No. of European subsidiaries: 17. EDUCATION: • Educated to degree level or equivalent – desirable, not essential. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Essential – • Project management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment both with HQ and with partners. • Readily adapts to change. • Delivery excellence, managed services and development projects experience. • People management. • Customer engagement and relationship building. Advantage – • Jira skills. • Ability to speak a local European language and/or Korean (not essential). EXPERIENCE: Essential – • 2 years of relevant project experience. Advantage – • A subject matter expert who is fully versed with ecommerce user experience projects, processes, and platforms. HOURS OF WORK: • 37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects. • 3 days office (Surrey), 2 days home – hybrid working. • Some European travel may be required. CHALLENGE: The organization operates in a fast-moving, challenging environment where processes and procedures are constantly changing. It is essential the incumbent keeps abreast of IT developments and evaluates the possible impact on business.
