The Role The successful Family Solicitor will join a busy and friendly team handling a varied caseload of private family law matters. Responsibilities include: Managing a full caseload of private family law files from start to finish Advising clients on financial remedy proceedings, divorce, separation, and other family-related matters Drafting and reviewing key legal documents Preparing for and attending hearings Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication Working closely with senior team members, including Partners and Associates Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements You The ideal candidate will be: A qualified Solicitor with experience in private family law (PQE guideline 2 years, but all levels considered) Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision Personable, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients Detail-oriented with strong drafting and organisational skills A team player who is proactive and adaptable Committed to delivering high-quality legal services Are you someone who thrives in a professional yet supportive environment, where your voice is heard and your development matters?
