Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager Salary: £35,000 Location: Ashford ️ Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm (no weekends!) ✨ We’re proud to be partnering exclusively once again with an ambitious and supportive company that’s expanding its team following recent growth. This opportunity for a Procurement Manager is key to overseeing the procurement process for various products and projects. In this role, you’ll: Manage purchase orders, ensuring there’s enough warehouse space before stock is ordered . Build strong relationships with suppliers. Oversee the expenditure plan for current and future projects to keep cash flow healthy and stock levels just right. Key Responsibilities: Plan accurate and timely orders. Maintain a detailed procurement schedule and track order status. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure products are dispatched on time. Foster and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers. Process orders and secure the best deals. Regularly evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues. Manage stock levels to avoid overstocking. Control and log inventory precisely. Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations. Prepare financial reports and cash flow forecasts. Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely supplier payments. The Successful Candidate Will Have: Experience using SAGE. Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills.
