What You’ll Be Doing: Lead day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring service excellence Manage and develop a dedicated concierge team (day & night shifts) Oversee planned/reactive maintenance and contractor performance Build strong resident relationships and nurture a vibrant, satisfied community Manage key systems, parking, refuse, and resident transitions (move-ins/outs) Ensure full compliance with H&S and environmental standards Contribute to long-term strategy and mobilisation for future development phases Be the driving force behind a landmark development.
