Customer Service Representative

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges. The Customer Service Representative acts as primary contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building strong relationships with clients to ensure they are provided with a high quality of service to in turn, encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Essential Job Functions: Deals directly with clients, customs and agents to ensure the quickest and best movement of cargo throughout the world. Make sure orders are timely& accurately created/updated within the system(s) to have a correct planning and prioritization at the WHS process. Track and trace cargo as necessary to ensure proper movement and delivery. Proper and correct billing and cost information populated in TMF for accurate invoicing and job costing. Communicate with customers regarding disposition of Freight (i.e. tracking & tracing, routing & dispatching, and rate quotations). Seek the most profitable mode of shipment yet meet customers requirement for the movement of freight. KPI adherence - DNI/LNR/Cost accuracy/ROTP. Ensure compliance in line with company and industry policies. Other duties as assigned. Other skills and abilities: Technical competence (excel, word, power point etc.) Fluent Dutch and English both written and spoken. People skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance relationship with client. Extremely detail oriented.
