Demand Sales Manager (Performance and Programatic Ads)

Role Overview: We are expanding our advertiser partnerships across Brazil and Latin America, with a focus on performance marketing, programmatic buying, and Connected TV (CTV). We're hiring a Portuguese-speaking Demand Sales Manager to help us grow our presence among affiliate clients, direct advertisers, and CTV buyers. This role is commission-based, and we welcome both freelance/part-time candidates and those interested in transitioning into a full-time role. A base salary can be discussed based on your experience and portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Source and manage advertisers, agencies, media buyers , and CTV demand clients Develop partnerships in CPA, CPI, CPM, and CTV programmatic campaigns Handle client communication in Portuguese and English Collaborate with internal ops/product teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery Stay informed on CTV trends, OTT inventory, and programmatic ad buying behavior Requirements: Experience in digital ad sales , especially affiliate, performance, or CTV media Fluent in Portuguese and English Solid understanding of performance metrics and programmatic ecosystems Prior relationships with brands, DSPs, agencies, or connected TV buyers is a big plus Based in Brazil or available during LATAM time zones Self-starter with the ability to work independently Compensation & Benefits: Attractive and competitive pay and uncapped commission!
