The HR Analyst will play a critical role in data management, reporting, HR operations, and cross-border communication with our headquarters in China. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus). Your responsibilities Support HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. Analyze HR data and prepare reports (turnover, headcount, compensation, etc.). Assist in maintaining HRIS systems and employee records. Act as a communication bridge between LATAM and China HR teams. Coordinate with local vendors and partners (payroll, recruitment agencies, etc.). Support talent acquisition processes: posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews. Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with local labor laws and corporate guidelines. Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives. Support the preparation of HR documents, contracts, and translations between Chinese and English/Portuguese/Spanish. Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Support our Chinese employees in their settle in process like house search, culture adaptation and other tasks. *Work from office position Requirement for the position Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (Portuguese/Spanish is a strong advantage). Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in a startup or multinational company. Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus Do you have the necessary qualifications and want to make it real?
