Accounts Receivable Assistant

Kenny Recruit are working with a clothing provider to find an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a temporary basis. We need someone who is happy working in AR, someone who has experience of working within AR and someone who has used NetSuite. You will need to be able to go in and hit the ground running. We are moving quickly with this role so you will need to be immediately available or finishing up a contract. Pay: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour (dependant on experience) Location: London (3 days in the office) Working hours: 9:00am - 5.30pm Key Responsibilities: * Monitoring AR inbox * Preparing and maintaining accounts receivable records * Leading on credit control for our Business-to-Business sales channels * Reconciling customer statements to ensure all accounts are correct and updated daily * Liaising closely with the logistics and operations team on invoicing, credit notes and customer relationships * Preparing and reconciling financial records for retail concession accounts * Posting daily banking transactions and reconciling bank accounts monthly across currencies and subsidiaries. * Reconcile amounts received through Direct-to-Consumer channels and related fees * Support on key financial processes for Intercompany transactions. * Ensure best practice account reconciliations are performed monthly. * To support the AR team as required Next Steps… Shortlisted candidates will obviously be contacted for this specific role and if you haven’t heard from us within a week, please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
