Site Manager - Nights

Job Title: Night Shift Site Manager – Morrison's Shop Fitout (Bideford) Dates: Sunday 6th July – Thuesday 10th July Location: Bideford, Devon Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (9-hour night shifts) Overview: The Shore Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the night shifts on a live retail fitout project at Morrison's in Bideford. You will be the lead manager on-site during these hours, responsible for coordinating work and managing client relations in an active store environment. Key Requirements: * Proven experience in retail fitouts * Strong leadership and communication skills Certifications Required: * SMSTS * First Aid * CSCS Card Additional Info: * The site operates 24/7 – your role will cover night shift operations only * Must be reliable and able to work independently as the main point of contact during night hours
