Job Title:Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Temporary – 4 Weeks) Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire Rate: £32–£35/hr Start: ASAP Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm About the Role: We’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Electrically-Biased Maintenance Engineer to support a 4-week installation project with a well-established Food & Drink manufacturer based in Ripon. The company supplies products across the UK and Scotland and is undergoing a key phase of equipment installation and upgrades on-site. This is a great short-term opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in electrical installations and exposure to FMCG, production, or manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out electrical installation and support work on production machinery * Working as part of the on-site engineering team during the install phase * Fault finding, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring safe working practices * Contributing to a smooth and timely completion of the project Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrically-Biased Maintenance Engineer * Confident with installations in a fast-paced environment * Experience within FMCG, production, or manufacturing sectors * Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 17th/18th Edition) * Multi-skilled engineers with good electrical knowledge also considered Contract Details: * Contract Length: 4 weeks * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm * Rate: £30–£35/hr
