Site Manager (Civils & Build) – Immediate Start – Tamworth Rate: £350 per shift (CIS) Duration: Approx. 8 Weeks Location: Tamworth Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a small civils and build package on a substation project in Tamworth. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of site operations across civils and build disciplines * Coordination and supervision of groundworks and general construction activities * Managing health & safety on site and ensuring all site documentation is up to date * Liaising with subcontractors and ensuring works progress to programme * Overseeing and managing temporary works Requirements: * Proven experience in civil engineering and build projects, ideally substations or similar utility works * Strong knowledge of groundworks and construction practices * SMSTS * CSCS (Black/White Card preferred) * First Aid at Work * Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) – Essential Duration & Package: * Immediate start * Approx. 8 weeks duration * £350 per shift – CIS
