About the Role: Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Witham for Skilled Carpenters. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about high-quality craftsmanship and are open to a varied and creative workload. Key Duties: * Producing wall panels, bespoke displays, and cabinets * Working from technical drawings to deliver high-spec finishes * Workshop-based manufacturing with optional on-site fitting * Involvement in live events, shopfitting, and exhibition builds Work Locations: * 50% in London * 30% across the UK * 20% across Europe (Travel is optional – workshop-only roles are also available) Requirements: * Proven carpentry/joinery experience * Experience in shopfitting is beneficial but not essential * Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of detail * Flexibility to travel if desired * Reliable and able to start immediately What’s On Offer: * Competitive hourly rate of £18 – £25 (depending on experience) * Opportunity to transition to a permanent role * Hands-on, creative projects in a dynamic industry * Travel opportunities (UK & Europe) if desired Job Types: Permanent, Temp to perm Contract length: 3 months Pay: £18.00-£25.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Overtime
