Electrician – High-End Residential Maintenance Location: London Salary: £44,000 per year Overtime & On-Call Job Type: Full-time About the Role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a busy aftercare team. You will work across high-end residential and commercial properties in London, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance. This role is best suited to electricians who have experience in high end homes and take pride in delivering an exceptional, professional service. Package: * £44,000 per year Overtime On-Call * Company-provided electric van (home charging required – charger provided) * Work on prestigious London properties * Supportive, professional team Key Responsibilities: * Electrical maintenance and fault finding * EICR testing, emergency lighting, PAT testing * Small works and remedial repairs * Occasional support with AV and Lutron systems * Emergency callouts (rota) * Maintain clean, tidy workspaces and vehicles * Provide clear job reports using scheduling software Required: * NVQ Level 3 Electrician with 18th Edition * Proven experience working in high-end residential properties * Excellent fault-finding and customer service skills * Reliable, well-presented, and professional * Full UK driving license If you’re an electrician who takes pride in high standards and has experience in premium homes – apply now
