Requirements • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). • Experience with speech and language strategies, ASD, or communication needs. • Patience, adaptability, and a warm, encouraging approach. • Familiarity with visual schedules, social stories, or PECS is highly desirable. Benefits • A supportive, well-resourced SEN department and experienced SENCO. • Access to CPD, including speech and language workshops. • Mental health and wellbeing support for all staff. • Clear opportunities for career development within SEN pathways.
