Are you a detail-driven finance professional looking for a part-time Finance opportunity with flexibility and impact? We're working with a market-leading infrastructure services organisation to find a proactive Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their finance team in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting essential financial operations across payroll and goods receipting. What you'll be doing: Supporting payroll administration including data entry, timesheet validation, and communication with payroll providers Processing goods receipts to ensure timely and accurate payments Assisting with financial reconciliations and maintaining accurate records Liaising with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries Providing general administrative support to the finance teamWhat we're looking for: Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role Familiarity with payroll processes and goods receipting High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Competency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a bonus A team player with strong communication skills and a flexible approachThis role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment while enjoying the benefits of part-time hours.
