We’re currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers for an inter-generational extra care service based in Hull (HU3). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity—providing long-term job security and potential for progression after a 12-week probation period. Your Role You’ll be delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to people of all ages within an extra care setting. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting re-enablement and independent living. * Building therapeutic and trusting relationships with service users. * Delivering care in line with personalised care plans, including personal care tasks. * Working collaboratively with professionals, families, and external agencies. * Promoting dignity, respect, and outstanding customer care at all times. ✅ What We’re Looking For * Minimum 1 year of experience supporting older people in a care setting. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable). * Right to work in the UK (please note: we do not offer sponsorship). * Two professional references (including one from your most recent employer). * Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential).
