They specialise in Waste Recycling, with a state of the art facility in their Middlesbrough depot. Due to their continued growth plans, they are looking to add an Operations Manager to their team. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for managing the site operations of the yard, including managing staff and driver management. You will be responsible for communicating with shareholders as well as leading a team. This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar with a WAMITAB qualification looking for an autonomous role with excellent progression opportunities. The Role: Managing on-site operations. Logistics management including driver and transport management. Implement your own operations strategies. Monday - Friday on-site role. The Person: Operations Manager or similar.
