Contract Manager

As a Contracts Advisor, you'll act as an expert with the necessary knowledge and experience with UAV-GC contracts in the Infrastructure sector and will be deployed on all maintenance projects within the Cluster. Your challenges will include translating our internal client's requirements into market-ready assignments through clear scopes, pre-contract phases, for both short-term and long-term projects. You'll be managed by the Contract Manager and will work closely with other contract and technical advisors and the daily management of the aforementioned contracts. Your bird's-eye view allows you to assist and deputize for the Contract Manager when necessary. Result of assignment: • Inventory the maintenance needs (requirements and wishes) from the customer (waterway manager) and knows how to translate these into contractual requirements in model contracts based on the UAV-GC; • Identifies risks and proactively provides them with effective control measures; • Contributes to the preparation of the tender dossier and advises on appropriate BPKV criteria (Best Price Quality Ratio); • Provides integrated advice on multidisciplinary issues (contract, technology and environment); • Actively seeks connections and collaboration with other organizational units that are necessary to achieve results; • Check contract documents for correctness, completeness and coherence; • Contributes to the preparation of the tender dossier and advises on appropriate BPKV criteria (Best Price Quality Ratio); • Advises the Contract Manager on measures to be taken in the implementation phase, assesses contract changes and actively manages contract management using the SCB method (System-oriented Contract Management).
