Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team within a fast-paced, international environment. This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative or customer service background who is comfortable with repetitive tasks and thrives in a structured, process-driven setting. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency. Support internal teams with order processing, data entry, and documentation. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners in both French and English. Use SAP to manage and track administrative workflows and transactions. Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, procurement, or logistics. Proficiency in SAP is essential. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently. Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to change. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential. This role is not suited for candidates with a Master’s or PhD due to its repetitive nature.
