What You'll Do: Perform hydrostatic tests on CO2 extinguishers and breathing air cylinders;Operate various specific job-related machines;Completing inspection and hydrostatic test reports;Apply and enforce Transport Canada standards;Inspect, test, fill and maintain CO2 extinguishers and air cylinders;Ensure work orders are completed on time and to quality;Control parts inventory and respond to equipment maintenance needs;Follow all safe work practices and demonstrate safety leadership in all aspects of work. Qualifications:Ability to operate various power tools and machinery; a strong background in hands-on work.Must possess a valid Driver's LicenseAbility to travel to and work out of remote client sites. Overtime may be necessary; therefore, flexibility in hours of work will be required.Previous experience in fire inspection or a related field would be preferred. NOTE: Combinations of education in a related field and experience will be considered.
