Identifying and evaluating fire code and non-conformance issues, providing customers with feedback and/ or recommendationsAssist fire shop operations and/or other technicians as required.Evaluating fire and safety risk assessments and hazards. Facilitating service and maintenance of client fire and safety protection equipmentCompleting daily reports of completed work orders and activitiesIdentifying and soliciting new opportunities for inspection service salesConducting general sales quotes and service reportsProvide and sell virtual reality fire extinguisher training to existing and potential customers What You'll Bring:Ability to safely execute high quality work on-time Professional and customer service focused mindsetHigh level of self motivationKeen attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both collaboratively with team members, as well as, independentlyAbility to demonstrate strong problem-solving skillsFlexibility to address changing situations/priorities and solve problems as they evolveKnowledge of relevant fire codes and standardsDemonstrate mindset towards continuous learning, as well as an ability to use/learn technology solutions in the execution of their work is a must Qualifications:1 years' experience with Fire Extinguisher Inspections, Maintenance and ServicingExperience in a sales or customer-service delivery environment would be considered an asset.Fire service certifications and/or Valid Fire Extinguisher Maintenance CertificationA valid Drivers License (NOTE: All combinations of education and experience will be considered)NOTE: Candidates who advance through the hiring process will be required to submit a current Certificate of Conduct and Driver's abstract.
