We’re on the hunt for a confident, customer-focused Account Handler to help keep our motor trade clients happy, covered, and coming back for more! What You’ll Be Doing * Supporting Account Execs with renewals, quotes & client queries * Chatting with insurers to get the best deals for your clients * Keeping everything running smoothly – from paperwork to policy updates * Giving solid advice on risks and helping clients feel confident in their cover * Pitching in with account tasks like credit control and reporting What You’ll Need * 2 years in Commercial or Motor Trade insurance * Acturis experience * Great communication and a sharp eye for detail * Know your way around FCA rules and commercial cover Bonus Points If You… * Have sales or customer service experience * Are great at explaining the complex in a simple way What’s In It For You * A fun, friendly team with a “no egos” vibe * Loads of variety and client interaction * Room to grow, learn, and really own your role If you're all about great service and love working in a buzzy, commercial environment — we’d love to hear from you!
