Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients team. Duties * Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. * Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries. * Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required. * Collaborate with colleagues to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications * Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally over the phone and in writing. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
