Telesales Representative Location Nr Romsey, Hampshire Hours Monday to Friday Salary £26,000 basic (£30k-£35k OTE uncapped) Contract Full-time, Permanent Are you a highly motivated and confident sales professional with a knack for making connections? About our client Our client is a specialist industrial and commercial flooring company based in Romsey, with operations across the entire UK and into Europe. They have over 30 years of experience in providing and installing a wide range of durable and high-quality flooring solutions to diverse sectors, including Workshops and Factories, Aviation (e.g., aircraft hangars with chemical-resistant flooring), Retail and Supermarkets, and much more! What You'll Be Doing: * Generating High-Quality Leads: Identify new opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments for the sales team, focusing on both warm and cold prospects. * Building Relationships: Professionally handle incoming calls, developing creative pitches tailored to specific industry sectors. * Driving New Business: Proactively follow up on leads and use your initiative to identify and pursue opportunities with new companies. * Database Management: Maintain a highly accurate customer database to support targeted marketing activities. * Collaborative Success: Work closely with marketing and the wider sales team to achieve objectives and contribute to shared best practices. What We're Looking For: * Sales Aptitude: Ideally, some telesales experience, but it's not essential – we value drive and potential! * Tech Savvy: Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems. * Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently describe and explain products/services. * Resilience: A cool-tempered approach and the ability to handle rejection positively. You're comfortable getting past the gatekeeper. * Motivated to Earn: You're ambitious, hungry to make money, and enthusiastic about sales. * Essential: A full UK driving licence and your own transport are crucial, as public transport is not available at the location.
